Villa Wine Note, also known as WV VIN, is a 5-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within minutes of the beach and shopping. Located atop a hill above the bay, this villa has sweeping views of the ocean and nearby islands. Facing directly north, the deck and its large, heated pool are bathed in all-day sun and offer maximum privacy. A gentle cascade flows from 2 small pools between the living area and 2 master bedrooms. The spacious living room sits a few steps above the pool in a separate building with the kitchen, which can be opened up to enjoy Caribbean breezes or closed and air-conditioned. A large, sectional sofa sits in front of a wide screen TV with dining table behind, but the space's centerpiece is the large collection of rare wines. This wine display separates the living area and gourmet kitchen. The main master bedroom, located in a separate unit next to the living room, offers ocean views, a king-size bed, and large bathroom with an interior and exterior shower. The second master bedroom offers direct access to the pool, a king-size bed, and bathroom designed to offer views from the shower. Two smaller bedrooms are located above the second master bedroom, and can be accessed from stairs. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a small view of St. Jean Bay and king-sized bed, while the other bedroom has views of Salines and twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed. The fifth bedroom is situated below the living area, and can be accessed from stairs from the terrace and a separate entrance from the road. This bedroom is spacious, but offers no views. All of the bedrooms come with WiFi, U.S. and French satellite TV, and en suite bathroom. Villa Wine Note comes with house cleaning services 6 days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
