Villa Giuncheto was originally a 13th century monastery, now fully remodeled. There is also a fully equipped gym with treadmill, weight training machines, sauna and shower. This secluded independent residence is composed of the main building and an annex. The main building sleeps 14 on the upper floor. On the ground floor is a large internal courtyard with al fresco dining, large living room with fireplace, billiard table, media room with large satellite TV, dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen.
