It is a spacious, upscale oceanfront villa located approximately 9 miles south of town. Villa Eden is the only 5 BR villa that can boast that ALL bedrooms have ocean views. This private retreat offers superb snorkeling right outside your door. Scuba divers will appreciate the fact that Cozumel's most famous reefs are only minutes away. The lush tropical grounds provide ample space for the ultimate in privacy. You'll be surrounded by sounds of the ocean and exotic birds as you swim in the over-sized oceanfront swimming pool (it's 40' long!). Bask in the sun, enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze and savor the glorious sunsets. Inside Villa Eden is stunningly beautiful with elegant lines and an emphasis on light. Massive windows allow ample light inside and emphasize the fantastic views outside. Floor plan is open and inviting. Large living room features high ceilings, lots of windows and a handsomely crafted stone wall (look closely and you'll see seashells embedded in the stone!). The solarium style ceiling in the dining room makes it feel as if you are dining outside in a tropical garden overlooking the Caribbean. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. All 5 bedrooms in the Villa Eden have either a queen or king bed, ocean views, private bath, air conditioning and patios or balconies. No one in your group will have to "make do" with a room without a view! There are two bedrooms on the ground level and three bedrooms on the second level. Upstairs there is also a small studio with computer with highspeed wireless internet access. There is also a sofa in this area and sliding door to a small patio. Stairs from the patio lead to the rooftop observation area where you'll have incredible views of the jungle and Cozumel's palm-fringed coastline. Cozumel's finest beaches are within a mile from Villa Eden. Directly in front of the villa, the shoreline is rocky, which means you'll have plenty of brilliantly colored tropical fish while you snorkel in the crystal clear water. A wooden deck at the edge of the ocean with a ladder is provided to allow easy access into the ocean. The water is 4ft deep, and the bottom is pristine soft sand. The water conditions are most definitely favorable to swimming and snorkeling. Villa Eden is an excellent choice for your next vacation on the tropical island of Cozumel.
