Villa WV DOM is a contemporary 2-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou within minutes of several beaches and shopping. This villa offers ocean views from 3 sides. The décor is simple and stylish with ash wood, silver-green resin floors, and white linens, creating a refreshing atmosphere. Artwork and worldly accessories complement the custom-designed wall colors. There are 2 living and dining areas. The main living room is comfortably furnished with a small office. Located a few steps up is the well-equipped, stainless steel kitchen and small dining area, which opens to a shade porch with canvas awning and large outdoor bed. The open sunroom has a large wooden dining table, comfortable furnishings, and a bar closet with fridge and glasses. The 2 air-conditioned bedrooms have king-size beds, blackout curtains, ensuite bathrooms with showers and twin sinks, and sliding doors that lead onto decks overlooking the ocean. The doors and windows have screens to allow for natural air-conditioning in the bedrooms, which are non-smoking. A large deck around the solar-heated pool offers several areas for sunbathing or reading in the shade. An open cabana shades 2 chaise lounges near the heated pool, while below is a wood frame gazebo. The house also has WiFi and high-speed Internet, a security gate with a telephone connection, gas grill, and U.S. and French satellite TV. Villa WV DOM comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa does not allow children or pets.
