Villa Kaloo, also known as WV KLO, is a 3-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou; a short distance from the famous Le Ti St. Barths restaurant. Villa KLO was recently built and made entirely out of wood. This villa can be an island refuge for people who spend most their time on the beaches. While the villa has no ocean views, the heated pool is situated in a courtyard setting between the guest bungalow and main building. The main building has a modern, open space with a living room and a well-equipped kitchen. Slightly higher is the master bedroom with a European king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower. On the other side of the pool is a second bungalow with 2 small bedrooms, each with a European king-size bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. A wooden deck with loungers frames the pool. A lawn with loungers also overlooks the pool deck, making this an ideal spot for sunbathing. This villa also comes with French satellite TV and WiFi. Villa Kaloo, or WV KLO, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
