Villa Lital, also known as WV LIT, is a 7-bedroom villa located in Anse des Cayes. This brand new villa perched above the beach offers panoramic ocean views. The air-conditioned living room connects to the well-equipped kitchen and has ample seating, a Sonos sound system, and both U.S. satellite and Apple TV. The dining room also serves as an annex living room with seating around a TV. The dining room, which has floor-to-ceiling glass doors, can be fully opened or closed off. The large gourmet kitchen has a bar, which leads out to the pool. Behind the living room is a separate bungalow with the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed, dressing area, an ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower, and a small private terrace with seating. In between the living and dining room is a stairway descending to the other bedrooms, which are located on 2 different levels. The middle level has 2 spacious bedrooms mirrored across a hallway, each with a king-size bed, dressing area, and bathroom with an indoor shower, which has a sliding door to the outside. On the lowest level are 4 smaller bedrooms, each with twin beds that can be made up as a king-size bed and a small bathroom with an indoor shower. All bedrooms have U.S. satellite and Apple TV. The dining room protects the large pool from the prevailing winds. A deck with loungers surrounds the pool, making this an ideal spot for sunbathing. Due to the abundant use of glass, views are visible from the living and dining areas, stairs, and bedrooms. Two manicured lawns adorn the grounds. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
