Villa Joy, also known as WV JOY, is a 5-bedroom villa, the sixth bedroom is suitable for staff and is located in Marigot within minutes of the beach and shopping. This brand new villa enjoys a beautiful view of the bay. The modern design is accentuated with clean lines and minimalist décor. The interior is finished with natural materials, including wood ceilings and floors. The gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar has glass sliders, which open to an outdoor covered dining area with a barbecue and seating for 14 guests. The spacious living room opens to the terrace, which has several lounge areas around the large infinity edge pool. Each of the 5 main bedrooms has air-conditioning, a flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a tropical outdoor shower. A home cinema with plush red seats offers a unique setting for indoor entertainment. The well-equipped fitness area completes the interior. Villa Joy, or WV JOY, comes with house cleaning service six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
