Villa Wings, also known as WV WIN, is a 4-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within a short walk of the beach and minutes from restaurants and shopping. This newly built hillside villa is situated above Eden Rock Hotel and has expansive views. A short path through a small garden leads to the main, covered outdoor living area, which has comfortable sofas and loungers facing the view. A heated, infinity lap pool separates this area from the kitchen, which starts outside with an extended kitchen island that seats 8 people and is covered by a large bistro umbrella. The island continues inside, allowing the space to be closed off if needed. Inside is the well-equipped kitchen, which connects to an interior dining room with stunning views. All windows of this space can be opened to allow ocean breezes. An air-conditioned media room with a large, comfortable sofa and large flat-screen TV complete the living space. Upstairs are 3 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, which have king-size beds and en suite bathrooms with large, walk-in showers. Tucked away underneath the house is an air-conditioned fourth bedroom, which is ideal for teenagers. This bedroom has twin beds, an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and its own outdoor space with a small play pool created by the overflowing infinity pool above. A well-equipped gym is located on the main level near the pool. The house also has WiFi, a generator, parking for 3 vehicles, and U.S. satellite TV. Villa WV WIN comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 12 and older.
