Villa Serenity, also known as WV LJF, is a 3-bedroom villa located in Gustavia within minutes of several beaches and shopping. This hillside villa enjoys spectacular sunsets and views of the harbor. The décor features dark wood furnishings, and a mix of modern and colonial style. The spacious living area is furnished with sofas and comfortable cushions, and opens to a large gourmet kitchen and Japanese-style dining room with a teak and bamboo table. The living area opens to the pool and view. The master bedroom has a king-size platform bed, adjoining dressing room, and en suite bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms are located in the guesthouse and share a bathroom. Each bedroom has twin beds, which can be pushed together to make a king-size bed, and access to a private terrace overlooking the harbor. The wooden deck runs the length of the villa and is adjacent to the pool, which has wide wooden teak steps. The surrounding deck has several sitting areas and a dining table with an umbrella. The house also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms, WiFi and high-speed Internet, a gas grill, a wine cellar, and French satellite TV. A 14-night minimum stay is required during the Christmas and New Year holidays. Villa WV LJF comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children, but does not allow pets.
