Villa Petit Pont, also known as WV PTP is a 3-bedroom villa on the highest level in the hills of Lurin and offers sweeping views and gorgeous sunsets. Villa Petit Pont has a lot to offer withall day sun, cooling breezes, and 180 degree views of the entire St. Jean lagoon, the yachts outside of Gustavia, and spectacular sunsets. Petit Pont means small bridge and derives its name from the little bridge in the beautifully landscaped gardens at the entrance. This is an older villa with classic Caribbean terraces on both sides and a central living room. A fully- equipped kitchen is next to the entrance and on the upper level of the villa there is a large loft offering incredible views on all sides with seating and a TV. In the back of the villa is another covered terrace and the large pool with a generous deck is on a lower level, separated from the house. Here, guests can lounge all day in the sun, while enjoying the views and breezes. All three bedrooms are accessed from the living room. The master bedroom is next to the kitchen and comes with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. On the other side of the living room is a guest room, also with a king bed, as well as children's room which has 2 twin beds. Between the two bedrooms is a shared bathroom. Villa Petit Pont comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on Sundays and Frenc holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
