Villa Casa Roc, also known as WV CRO, is a modern 2-bedroom villa located in Gustavia within a short walk of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This villa offers amazing views of the harbor. A spacious living area with large, glass sliding doors opens to the terrace and view, making this an ideal spot to watch boats or fireworks. A large breakfast bar separates the living room from the modern, well-equipped kitchen. Located off the living room is a large outdoor dining area, which overlooks the harbor. Behind the living room is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower. The second bedroom is located on a lower level in a separate bungalow. This bedroom is slightly smaller and has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. A deck with loungers surrounds the pool on the lower level, while a Jacuzzi is located above. The house also comes with WiFi, a gas and flat-top (plancha) grill, and French satellite TV in the living room and master bedroom. Villa Casa Roc comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. This property only rents during the December holidays. This villa is suitable for young children.
