Villa Casa Tigre, also known as WV TIG, is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in Vitet. This fully air-conditioned villa offers sweeping ocean views. Hidden from the road, this house is accessed down a few flights of stairs or via its unique elevator. At the bottom of the stairs and elevator is a large deck with several lounge areas and a heated pool, which is partially shielded from the winter trade winds. A semi-enclosed office space separates the spacious living area from the kitchen. A large dining table sits in front of the modern, well-equipped kitchen, where appliances are hidden behind sleek, white panels. The living room, as well as the rest of the villa, is tastefully furnished and decorated. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large dressing area, and a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. Two other bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with shower, are located upstairs. Below the living room is an independent apartment, which has a queen-size bed, well-equipped kitchen, and an open living space that can be completely closed off. A separate TV room, with French and U.S. satellite services, is located next to the apartment. The house also has WiFi. Villa WV TIG comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 12 and older.
