This private villa offers breathtaking views of the ocean and the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon. An oversized deck surrounding the pool features an outdoor seating area with covered dining space and spectacular views. The lower deck offers a relaxing retreat overlooking the ocean. A trendy and modern living room opens to a well-equipped kitchen with high bar and stools, as well as indoor dining space. All bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and air-conditioning. The well-equipped fitness room, with treadmill and universal weight machine, is separate from the main building. The house also has parking for up to 4 vehicles, WiFi, a barbecue, and U.S. satellite TV. Villa WV ZUL is the perfect retreat for guests looking for a comfortable, peaceful, well-appointed villa with fantastic views. Please note: The stairs to access the house may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. Villa Agave Azul comes with house cleaning services 6 days a week, except on holidays, and a house manager. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children, but pets and smoking are not allowed.
