Villa Nikaia, also known as WV NKA, is a modern2-bedroom villa located in Vitet within a short drive of several beaches. Situated halfway up a long road, this beautifully renovated villa enjoys beautiful views over the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon. An open, well-equipped kitchen is located next to the entrance, which connects to the small indoor living area with a seating area and large windows. Sliding doors open to the terrace with a small pool just outside that offers both sunny and shady areas, along with panoramic views. The guest bedroom is accessed from the living room and has a French king-size bed, Apple TV, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom is located in a separate bungalow in front of the pool. This bedroom has a French king-size bed and large windows in both the bedroom and shower to showcase the gorgeous views. The small pool and surrounding deck is illuminated at night. This villa also comes with U.S. satellite TV, iPod docking stations, and WiFi. Villa Nikaia, or WV NKA, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
