Villa Ti Chato, also known as WV ATO, is a contemporary 2-bedroom villa located in Toiny within walking distance of the beach. This villa offers majestic views of the bay. With its wooden siding, the natural exterior nicely contrasts with the modern design inside. The spacious kitchen has several preparation areas and an island. The fully air-conditioned open kitchen and living area, with a large French satellite TV, opens to the covered dining area and pool. Each of the 2 bedrooms, which are located on either side of the living room, open to an ocean view and have an en suite bathroom with shower and dressing area. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed, while the other bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed. While the bedrooms are air conditioned, all doors have screens for those who prefer to sleep without. In the back of the house is a spacious deck and outdoor dining area with a small pool on the edge. This is an ideal space to enjoy the breeze while sunbathing, or hike down a path to a private area on the beach with loungers and seating for guests. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
