Villa Black Pearl, also known as WV BPL, is a 4-bedroom villa located in Marigot within minutes of beaches and shopping. Hidden in the hills, this villa overlooks the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon with its restaurants and water activities. A fully equipped, modern, open kitchen is the centerpiece of the indoor living area, which can be fully air-conditioned. A sofa stretches in front of the kitchen island, where guests can relax in front of the big screen TV. The living area connects on each side to the 2 master bedrooms with king-sized beds and en suite bathrooms with showers. WiFi is accessible everywhere. Designed to benefit from Caribbean breezes, the outdoor space with heated infinity pool is a great place to relax, dine, or sunbathe. On the lower floor are 2 guest bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and bathroom with shower. While there are no TVs in these rooms, there is WiFi to provide entertainment. These bedrooms can be a great hideaway for teenagers. Villa Black Pearl comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
