Villa Kiara House, also known as WV MEM, is a 2-bedroom villa located in Vitet within minutes of the beach and shopping. Off the beaten path, this villa sits atop the gorgeous valley of Grand Fond. Beautifully landscaped gardens surround the entire house, while tropical plants and rocks line the stone pathway leading to the house's wooden facade. On the second floor is a living area and kitchen, both fully air-conditioned. The living area is bright with white walls and ceiling, wooden floors, comfortable seating, and a white, baby grand piano next to the entrance. The open kitchen separates the living room from the dining room and features a small breakfast bar. The dining table is placed in front of two large windows with beautiful vistas. Outside is a covered terrace with outdoor living area and large dining table in front of the pool. The deck surrounding the pool extends to a lower level. The terrace is adjacent to a half bath with outdoor shower, which is the bathroom for a small guest cabin that sits above the villa and is only accessible by climbing a steep, stone stairway. This cabin has a twin bed, desk, and WiFi. Each bedroom on the lower level has a king-size bed with quality bedding and linen, and an en suite bathroom with shower. White, wooden ceilings and light wooden flooring gives the impression of a colonial house. Villa Kiara House comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holiday, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 10 and older.
