Friendship Bay House Location Conveniently located in the center of the island, Friendship House is just a short drive from almost everywhere. Friendship Bay beach is a beautifully unspoiled peaceful beach, a crescent shaped arc of sand protected by a large reef and out lying islands. The shallow waters are usually calm and quiet - the perfect spot for swimming. The Bequia Beach Hotel with It's cocktails and candlelit meals is only a two minute stroll along the beach. From when the sun rises to sun set, the south-facing rooms, wrap-around veranda and expansive pool area are all positioned to make the most of Bequia' magnificent year-round climate. The villa welcomes families and childcare facilities can also be arranged on request. The houses 32 ft Contender Speedboat can be used on request for day trips to nearby islands. Villa Layout The house comfortably sleeps 8 adults + 2 children in 5 bedrooms (2 bedrooms on the upper level and 3 on the ground floor pool deck level). With a large open-plan living, kitchen and dining area that completely opens out onto the covered outside dining and lounge area. Stairs then lead down to the lawn and the pool and lounging terrace which also incorporates a pool house, sundeck, bar and outdoor kitchen as well as further shaded al fresco dining space. A private path flows from here to an idyllic stretch of pristine sandy beach. The garden also houses the yoga deck and a fully-equipped gym. Relaxing Bedrooms Friendship House has 5 air conditioned bedrooms all with blackout curtains, luxury linens and Hungarian goose down duvets. On the upper living is the huge King Sized Master Suite with walk in dressing room and private wrap around balcony with stunning panoramic views. Connected to this room is a bedroom which can be made up as a double or as two twins Suitable for Adults the interconnection option also means this room can work welland; for child/children whose parents are in the master. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor: a King sized suite with private bathroom, plus a Queen and a Twin room which share a bathroom.
